Sine pump design
A sinusoidal pump is a type of pump featuring a sine wave-shaped rotor that creates
four moving chambers, which gently convey the duty fluid from the
inlet port to the higher pressure discharge port. A sine pump is a
new type of positive displacement pump, which has the
characteristics of a more compact structure, higher conveying
efficiency, and wider viscosity range of applicable conveying
medium. Can be widely used in food, beverage, dairy, chemical,

1) Variable–frequency motor, speed could be adjusted by frequency
converter(VFD), the adjustable range is big 10-90hz. Must need an
additional frequency converter, otherwise, the speed couldn’t be
adjusted.
2) Fixed speed reducer and motor, it also can be adjusted by
frequency converter(VFD), the default output speed is around
300rpm, but the adjustable range is small, 30-60hz.
3.) Mechanical stepless speed variator, it no need additional VFD
to control speed.
