1 year ,not including quick-wear part.Like O-ring

Question 3- What’s your payment terms?
For big amount:By T/T, 30% deposit and the 70% balance to be paid before ship out from DONJOY factory.

By TT, 50% deposit and the 50% balance to be paid before ship out from DONJOY factory

For small amount: 100% TT in advance before production

Question 4- How long is your production time?
It depends on the quantity of your order. Usually, it takes 15-35 days after we receive your deposit. While for large order, we can work over time to catch up your shipment.

Question 5- How can I get samples?
We are honored to offer you samples. The samples can be send by DHL or other international express you want.
