Operating Principles:
The Filter consists of inlet and outlet housing, inner screen mesh
to filter the particulates and impurities which can't pass the mesh
Features & Details:
[FOOD GRADE MATERIALS] - Made of 304 /316L stainless steel that is
resistant to pollution and corrosion.
[HIGH FILTRATION CAPACITY] - The fine 100 mesh is designed to be
porous enough to not block but still retain large solids.
[COMPACT STRUCTURE] - Composed of housing, filter tube with 100
mesh filter screen, tri-clamp, and sanitary gasket. As the fluid
flows through the inline hydraulic filter element, impurities are
blocked and cleaned.
[EASY TO DISASSEMBLE AND CLEAN] - The screen can be removed from
the filter outlet for quick cleaning.
[WIDE APPLICATION] - Suitable for food, pharmaceutical, sanitary
and industrial applications
Stainless Steel Body
The housing, filter tube with 100 mesh filter screen, and tri-clamp
are made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel, so it is durable.
Both the inner and outer surfaces are polished to achieve a mirror
finish, maintaining professionalism, and maintaining appearance
100 Mesh Stainless Steel Screen
The 100 mesh screen is resistant to high temperatures and
corrosion. It's porous enough not to clog but still retain larger
solids. When the fluid flows in the right direction, it will apply
pressure to the screen, pushing it towards the interior perf screen
that provides support and reducing pressure loss.
