Applications
The controller (IL - TOP) is mainly used in the systems of all kinds of fluid process control and flow control.
IL - TOP could be installed to all kinds of actuators in linear motion, such as pneumatic angle seat valve, diaphragm valve, butterfly valve, globe valve and ball valve etc. which are the valves for regulating flow.
IL - TOP could be installed to actuators easily which are suitable for the situation of high purity.

Technical features
The control could be uses as a positioner or process controller.
As a positioner, it could set the valve position according to set point.
As a process controller, MPU will be received the signal from control by comparing setting position value of valve with actual position of valve, through PIC control algorithm, process controller will drive the valve to the exact target positioner of valve.
The controller is composed of MPU, detection unit by controlling signal, position detector, LCD display, keyboard and piezoelectric valve etc..

Installation
It's very simple install the controller and actuator, and the display position of LCD could be adjusted.
To take the transparent cover down in anticlockwise direction, and then:
To operate keyboard, to loosen the base and 2 screws by using M5 wrench;
To rotate it easily and adjust it to the display direction you would like, and to re-tighten the 2 screws by wrench;
To loosen terminal box, to take down the 4 screws and open the box, and to operate according to connection diagram. (Non-professional is prohibited to operate.)
It needs connector to combine the controller with actuator.
