Applications:
The pump is a positive displacement lobe rotor pump designed
according to USA 3A standard.
The equipment is processed with USA 3A and very strict hygienic.
The pump is ideal for the transfer of viscous as well as
low-viscous medium in the food-processing, cosmetics and
pharmaceutical industries.
It is with manual adjustable gearbox, the speed can be manually
adjusted by handwheel in the gearbox according to working
condition.

Lobe structure:
1. Butterfly rotor pump: with butterfly rotor, it is superior to
other rotor pump when transferring material with high viscosity and
larger powder and effectively transports extremely stiff material.
2. Singe butterfly curved rotor pump (powder rotor pump): this pump
series are specially design to transport material with larger
powder. Its unique shape and curve makes it more outstanding
compared to other pumps in delivering material with larger powders.
It effectively prevents powders from clashing, which is the top
choice of pumps transferring material with powders.
3. Tri-lobe pump: this is commonly type, the capacity and
performance is better than other rotors. The shortage is high
requirement to medium because its easy to damage grain medium.
Application :
edible vegetable oil pump, it's also called rotary lobe pump, three
lobe pump, sole pump are widely applied in the beverage, food,

transport thick liquid material
